 Why we call 「Seikan Tunnel」

Seikan Tunnel connecting between 「青森」(Aomori)
and 「函館」(Hakodate )
We can read 青 two ways, it's Ao and Sei
We can read 函 two ways, it's Hako and Kan

So, we call this tunnel for 「Sei Kan Tunnel」
